Fail to Plan and You Plan to Fail!

January 20, 2016

There are a lot of different views and approaches on planning. The common thread is that any planning is more valuable than not. My take on planning is that the first step is to decide what outcome you wish your plan to help you achieve. You would not go an a trip around the world without planning how long you had and what major and minor places you would like to see would you? Well I often wonder how so many business owners expect to have great success if they don't formulate a plan that they refer to often?  I believe in planning that is not complex and is utilized on a daily basis. If you create a great plan that goes on the shelf and you never look at it, well then it was not a useful process. Planning needs to support a daily use that directly links to the annual output that you deign. It needs to promote consistency of delivery of daily root activities that are result oriented, learn more how planning can benefit you by attending one of our group sessions or book a consultation to find out what custom solution can be adapted for you and your company.
