Givers Gain. Do you sell or add value?  Ivan mister the founder of BNI International, the largest networking organization in the world coined the phrase "Givers Gain". He made an incredible shift in the approach of millions of business professionals. The question comes to mind "What do people want more? To be sold? or to be valued? Ivan and I know its the later, people want to be valued. The question for you becomes what value do you add to your clients? Not what do you try to sell them. In our businesses today we need to work into our planning value added tasking so that our message to out clients is consistent.
