This service includes having one or more business coaches meet with you and your staff over a four-week period on a weekly basis to assess the competencies and challenges of your business. This service allows you to spend time with one or more of our coaches and receive mentoring during the process. At the end of the process we will have had the opportunity to get to know your business and personal aspirations better so that we can make some positive recommendations for your business strategies going forward.

You will be provided with a written report and recommendations for implementation at the of this process. A fixed fee for this service will be quoted after completing an initial Business Assessment
